In Collaboration with the “Fattoria il Faggio” in Sonvico, specializing in the production of fresh goats’ cheese and the only one in the area producing Ticino blue goats cheese.

THE VIEW Lugano opens the Summer Season at the TreCinqueZero Terrace with some exciting new initiatives. The Sunday Brunch characterized by Gourmet Islands and amongst other ingredients, the very best products of Ticino, is the latest addition to our exclusive Summer gastronomic experiences.

 

The Sunday Brunch Includes:

  • Gourmet Islands with savoury specialties
  • Gourmet Islands with sweet specialties
  • 2 hot dishes prepared by Chef Mauro Grandi
  • Juices, Water, Coffee and Tea

During the Brunch, it will be possible to sample a selection of cheeses from the Val Colla cheese producers.
